With Wimbledon just around the corner, taking place between the 3rd and 16th July 2017, there’s no better time to get into spirit of tennis. With this in mind, guests in attendance at the Aspall Tennis Classic are warmly invited to witness up to three matches on the venue’s centre court. Enjoy a day of sumptuous hospitality whilst watching some of the world’s greatest tennis players go head to head before your very eyes. With a number of knuckle-biting singles matches and entertaining doubles matches taking place, attendees will watch matches featuring some of the most iconic names in the sport both past and present.

 

Over the last 23 years, the Aspall Tennis Classic Centre Court at The Hurlingham Club has been graced by the shoes of tennis royalty such as Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, Andy Roddick, Boris Becker and Pete Sampras to name a few.

So what’s on offer for guests attending the Aspall Tennis Classic?

The event opens on the 27th June with the atmospheric, ‘Twilight Tennis.’ Perfect for after work entertaining, guests are invited to rub shoulders with tennis royalty and celebrities alike in an elegant VIP champagne reception, accompanied by fine food, while enjoying world-class tennis in action. Gates to the event open at 4pm, with two matches of tennis starting just an hour later. The tennis is scheduled to end at approximately 7.30pm, when guests are invited to indulge in a succulent two-course gourmet barbecue, before departing at 10pm.

 

Following Twilight Tennis’ festivities, the Champions’ Club begins in earnest on Wednesday 28th June. Here, guests are invited to relax and experience an elegant afternoon, enjoying all the hospitality the event has to offer. Whether it’s a meeting with business clients, or a social day with friends and family, the Champions’ Club is truly London’s most intimate tennis experience. The event sees the finest players in the world of tennis warm-up in anticipation, and iconic tennis legends  take to the court and enjoy the British summertime.

On arrival at 11.45am at the picturesque Hurlingham Club, guests are invited to indulge in a champagne reception and enjoy the finest canapes, followed by a two course gourmet lunch. The tennis commences at 2.00pm, where three thrilling matches are held, tiding attendees over until 4pm, when afternoon tea is served. Each day concludes with a chance to soak up the atmosphere of the ultimate pre-Wimbledon event in luxurious surroundings.
