How do I sign in/register?
In the top right hand corner, you need to click ‘Log In’ and enter your details.
If you need to register follow the above instructions and click on ‘Continue’ below the New Customer section. If need be, you can always follow this link too!

What products do you sell?
Here at Foxley's Emporium, we sell a wide range of products at great prices. Our products include clothing, jewelry, furniture, games, beauty products, hair care and confectionery.
All orders over £75 have FREE Standard Delivery included, except for International Orders.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Foxley's Emporium offers free shipping for all orders over a total of £75 in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. In other areas, shipping costs apply.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard), by debit card (VISA, VISA Debit), Stripe and by PayPal. We also plan to support Amazon Pay for both payment and account registration.

Do you accept orders over the phone?
We do! If you cannot complete your order online, or just simply wish to talk to a human being we are happy to accept your order over the phone.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery can take up to 14 working days from the day of your order, depending on when your order is placed. If your order is placed at the weekend, the first working day we shall endeavor to action your order with dispatch the next day.

The product I want is out of stock, when will it become available again?
The listings on the Foxley's Emporium are being constantly updated throughout the week.
There’s a very good chance that if you have missed out on a product, it will become available again very soon, so keep checking back.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure. Stripe and PayPal payments are also encrypted from end to end to ensure maximum security for your payment details. We do not hold card details.

What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed, the package be sent on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day. We aim to get as many orders dispatched as soon as we receive your request, however, please be aware that if an order is received towards the end of the working day or during a busy period, we may not get some orders dispatched until the next day.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages from our servers as spam - if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address - in this case please contact us to check whether we received your order. You are more than welcome to give us a call and we can walk you through an order over the phone.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive your invoice via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

I have not yet received my delivery, although the stated delivery time has passed.
On rare occasions or in remote areas there sometimes might be a delay. Foxley's Emporium unfortunately has no influence on this. If the announced shipping times are exceeded significantly, please contact us with your order number.

Can I cancel my purchase?
If at any time you decide to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, contact us by e-mail or call us on 01772 910 511 to discuss your options. We can cancel your order and issue a refund via the payment method you placed your order with.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password don’t worry. Simply click on the log-in option and select the “I’ve forgotten my password” link.
We will then send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

What does "VAT" mean?

VAT stands for "Value Added Tax", which is an indirect sales tax. It is the standard rate set by Her Majesty's Government at 20% and covers all sales on our site.
