Eat Sleep Live – The Darcy Collection

The Darcy Collection by Eat Sleep Live

When one hears the name ‘Darcy’, what springs to mind? Class. Sophistication. The aura of a gentleman. These elegant qualities are present in The Darcy Collection from Nottingham based reclaimed wood connoisseurs, Eat Sleep Live, a company headed up by passionate craftsman, Mark Godsell-Fletcher.

In a recent conversation with Eat Sleep Live’s founder, Mark, the Nottingham-based reclaimed wood enthusiast described how, with The Darcy Collection, “everything is on a grander scale – they’re real statement pieces”, and isn’t this part of the appeal with a piece of furniture? As well as relaxing and snuggling down into at the end of a laborious day, furniture should often serve as a conversational piece, especially with the undisputed flavour present in Eat Sleep Live’s collection. And this is precisely what The Darcy Collection does.

The Darcy Collection carries the merit of being the chunkiest collection offered by the Nottingham brand, however regardless of the piece’s size, Mark stresses that The Darcy Collection’s creation is as intricate as ever – none of the beautiful, eye-catching detail is lost on bigger pieces.

The brand describes The Darcy Collection as being ‘bold and expressive’, where each piece in the collection embodies a regal grandeur of its own. A strong and stable framework, combined with the use of tastefully thick wood, truly puts The Darcy Collection in a league of its own.

When discussing The Darcy Collection, Mark adds, “The strength and majesty of this collection is sure to put it centre stage.”
